TABLE OF CONTENTS




1. Date Filter


Here we can filter the data to the desired date marking the start and end dates in the left and the right panel. 

(This is set to show the last 28 days by default)


Click the dropdown at the top right to reveal more preset options for date filters. 

(Note: This is a page-level filter and will change all the values on the page)




You can also quickly set a date using the advanced date filter with the desired starting Month/day/week and Quarters.


2. Company Selection


Select the particular company from the drop-down.


3. Total Job Postings


This panel shows the number of jobs posted by companies we have in our database for the selected filters. 


This panel also shows the percentage of jobs posted by companies we have in our database for the selected filters compared to the same duration selected in the time period before the start day.

4. Job Posting Timeline


This bar graph displays the total number of jobs posted in week wise, by using the sort by we can display in ascending and descending order



Drill up/down

You can use the Drill up/down feature to show the corresponding graphs in the following time frames - 

  • Yearly

  • Monthly

  • Weekly

5. Distribution by Job Boards

This section shows the percentage of the total number of jobs posted in Indeed, Reed, Total Jobs and CV-Library by the selected agency. 


6. Distribution by Region

This table shows the distribution of jobs based on the region along with the total share of the particular region and the percentage of growth relative to the same time period for the corresponding Sector and any other filters selected example: Agency/ Direct, region.

This can also act as a region filter when clicked on the corresponding region.

(Note: This is a page-level filter and will change all the values on the page. More than one region can be selected to view cumulative results)


You can sort the total jobs by ascending and descending wise through company name and company size

Note: Sector sort will sort the sector Alphabetically

Optional metrics

Click on the graph symbol on the top right to reveal all other possible metrics


7. Distribution by Sector

This table shows the distribution of Jobs based on the sector along with the total share of the particular sector and the percentage of growth relative to the same time period for the corresponding Sector and any other filters selected example: Agency/ Direct, region.

This can also act as a sector filter when clicked on the corresponding sector.

There are 2 ways to filter the data in the table.


  • You can click on the headings in the table to filter them by ascending and descending. 
  • Optionally you can click on the 3 dot menu on the right top of the table and choose from the pre existing filters and sort them in ascending or descending order.


Note: Sector sort will sort the sector Alphabetically

Click on the graph symbol on the top right to reveal all other possible metrics


8. Reset Filter


Click the Rest symbol shown above located on the left corner of the Distribution by Region and Distribution by sector table to reset all the values in the table.
